FAQ’s about our Wedding Photography

Who will be the photographer on the day?

I, Ronny Berg, will be the photographer at your wedding, and I will also be available to meet you every time you come into the studio. I am personally involved in every aspect of the photography for your wedding and I will work in partnership with you every step of the way from the planning phases through to the final delivery of your photos.

What are your qualifications?

I graduated from the FAMU University in Prague in 1995 with a Master of Arts Degree, majoring in Photography. I also studied photography for two years in Norway at Glemmen Videregående and Stokkmarknes Yrkesskole.

Are you a member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography)?

Yes, I have been a member of the AIPP for more than twelve years.

Can we meet and talk about our wedding?

Yes, absolutely. As a boutique studio, we pride ourselves on our friendly, relaxed and personalized service. You can contact us to arrange a no-obligation chat at our Avalon studio or our Marrickville viewing studio. This meeting gives you a chance to view my work and ask any questions and we can chat about your expectations for the day, so I know how our studio can best cater to your wedding. There is no obligation for you to book with us when you come to the studio.

Can we tailor our own package for the day?

Yes, you can. We have some standard packages to give you an idea of costs and times. However, we are also happy to create a photography package that meets all your requirements for the day.

Do you travel outside Sydney?

Yes, I travel to the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and the Southern Highlands, as well as interstate and overseas.

Is there an additional fee for weddings booked outside Sydney?

I do not charge a travel fee for weddings within a 2 hour radius of Sydney, which includes weddings in the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and Bowral/ Mittagong.

I do charge travel time for weddings outside the 2 hour radius of Sydney. If your wedding is interstate or overseas, please contact us for a quote on the travel time fee.

How soon should we book?

We recommend you book as soon as you establish your wedding date. The most popular months and dates are generally booked 12-18 months in advance.

How do we book Ronny from Creek Street Photography for our wedding?

To secure your date, fill out our online wedding booking form and pay a deposit of $800.

How soon after our wedding will we see our photos?

Your photos and slide show will be available on DVDs within ten to fourteen days after the wedding.

Why are you called Creek Street Photography?

When Anna and I returned from Prague after completing our Master of Arts Degree, we moved into a house on Creek Street in Forest Lodge, where we ran our first photography studio. While we have moved a few times since then, we have kept the original name, Creek Street Photography.
