Outdoor Weddings – Garden Weddings – Park Weddings – Beach Wedding
On this site you can view wedding photographs of gardens, parks, reserves, beaches and other outdoor venues were I have photographed wedding ceremony’s in Sydney.
It is very popular to get married and having the wedding ceremony outside. Sydney is a fantastic place to do so, as you in most places such as gardens, parks, reserves and beaches have great views either over the ocean, Sydney Harbor or National Parks.
In Sydney we are also blessed with a fantastic weather. Still after 15 years of photographing weddings I can probably count on to-three hands the number of time we had to make use of the wet weather plans for the outdoor wedding service, or the outdoor wedding location shoot. This is quite amazing especially for me coming from Norway were it would be the opposite.
Even if we have the most beautiful weather I would still advise having a back up wet weather plan for the Ceremony. A wedding ceremony under umbrellas are still lovely but when it starts blowing a gale it is not so much fun. Many of the wedding Reception venues or wedding restaurants have the option of holding the wedding ceremony if bad weather.
With smaller weddings the back up wet weather wedding plan might also be going to the brides or grooms parents homes, if close by. A couple of times we have held the ceremony in a house rented by some of the guest that were coming from overseas. This house was planed for this and they purposefully found a house with a big enough living room to hold the wedding ceremony.
