This agreement also includes the right to use any photographs for advertising, sample albums or any other promotional purpose without recourse. We accept that Creek Street Photography will do everything within their capabilities to provide a professional service and quality. Liability is limited to the return of payment or the re-photographing of the bride and groom at location involved that is agreed upon by Creek Street photography should accident or other mishap occur.
